David Berkman, a renowned jazz pianist with 11 critically recordings under his name, returns to the Soapbox gallery to present music from his latest recording. Berkman has been a swinging, creative member of the NY jazz scene since 1985. He has performed with many of the top jazz musicians in the world, including: Sonny Stitt, Brian Blade, Tom Harrell, Joe Lovano, Chris Potter, Chris Cheek, Dick Oatts, Dayna Stephens, and many others.
