Ingrid Schyborger is a composer and bass player living in New York. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, She started with the piano at age 4. At age 9 she went to playing mostly classical cello and electric bass, finally switching to double bass by the age of 17. Since then she has been an established jazz musician/composer in Stockholm, and is now living in New York.

Ingrid’s music gives insight into ourselves and the world around us. While combining melodies that capture the listener's ears with the communication between the musicians, her music always has a meaning or a story behind it. She brings the audience on a journey through different landscapes, and explores ideas of what it means to be a human being living on this earth.

In her trio she brings the pianist/composer Tommaso Perazzo (Itay) and drummer/film composer/multi-instrumentalist Marcello Cardillo (US).
