Gib Veconi uses the technique and vocabulary of nylon string classical guitar to explore new interpretations of jazz repertoire. He studied with Gene Bertoncini, and Frederic Hand, and studied and performed with Edward Flower. In addition to composing and arranging contemporary music and jazz for guitar, Gib has performed with Music Theater Group, and composed the score for Adrienne Kennedy's work, "Diary of Lights."
